South Asia Foresight Network(SAFN) collaborates for research with China’s Overseas Safety and Security(OSS) Institute at Zhejiang University on the 17th Oct 2023. . Executive Director SAFN Asanga Abeyagoonasekera signed an MOU with Dr. ZHOU Zhanggui, Director of OSS, at the 3rd Belt and Road Forum(BRF) in Beijing Hotel. The collaboration is a significant milestone in Non-traditional Security(NTS) research for South Asia, China and the US. Belt and Road Projects will be an area of research interest for both think tanks.
